The goal of mediation is to respectfully listen to each interested party with the intention of developing a  mutually acceptable solution to a current conflict. A unilateral change in position by one interested party alone doesn't produce this result.  For mediation to be the most effective, all the parties involved in the conflict must commit to the goal of resolution.  A mediator holds all parties to the same obligations and does not show any bias.
Below is an example of a 2 day mediation schedule including fees.

Day 1: pre-meeting with neutral parties (s) to gather history of the conflict, private & confidential interview with each employee and drafting of  observations.
Day 2: mediated meeting with all parties and solution-focused discussion and drafting of recommendations to the Board of Directors

Final report with recommendations sent to the Board of Directors or interested parties

$200

Services provided within 1 hour travel time each way

• No Charge For Travel Time if not more than 1 hour away by car
• Additional charge for one night lodging and meals

Mediation Services are billed at the rate of $200.00/hour
